i loooove my studio BUUUUT this management and apt office is HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS U CAN! I do not understand how they are winning gall these different awards as property management
Absolutely unprofessional and extremely annoying. My roof is leaking and it took me 12 times calling since they have opened 2 voicemails as well and no answer until I called the regional office and when she did finally answer she didn’t have a clue what was going to happen or if it’s going to get fixed she basically told me nothing. There is water in the walls and they are not concerned about mold growing or anything. Less than zero stars :)!!!!!

I wish there was a zero star option. Just the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. To start, everything is SO dirty. The carpets in the hallways look like they’ve had dead bodies dragged across them. The smell is horrible. There’s regularly dead rats in the parking lot that then get driven over… I’m sure you can guess what that smells like after a few days. The fenced courtyards are disgustingly filled with dog poop. I can’t handle the smell even long enough to take my own dog out, we just go for a walk somewhere else. Not t... read more

Air conditioning doesn't work. laundry room in 755 building is a disaster most machines are broken and one dryer eats clothes. only two dryers work and only a couple washing machines work. with the big machine if you forget the settings you will lose 3.50 everytime. each year rent is inflated. people that moved in after me are paying less rent for the same size appartment doesn't seem fair I guess that's how they get you.

yo pienso que deberían mejorar su atención en las oficinas,entregan los apto hasta con tela araña señal que ni los pintan,el aire te lo gradúan de tal forma que por las noches no lo puedes poner a la temperatura deseada por lo que se pasa calor y se consume más corriente,yo diría que cada dia estan peor y de los precios ni hablar,pienso que de deben de reunir y hacer unas cuantas mejoras
