Picked up the RV in Vegas and dropped off in San Fransisco two weeks later. Appreciated free airport shuttles. RV was in perfect shape and easy to operate all the systems and drive. Guys at each branch were polite and helpful and explained everything clearly. Had one issue and called help number during our trip and it was resolved quickly over the phone. The entire process from inquiring about rental to returning RV was smooth and easy.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Amerika und das vor allem wegen roadbear und unserem mega tollem Camper. Die Ausstattung hat uns voll gereicht und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Bei der Abgabe hat uns Sushant geholfen und alles lief reibungslos. Da wir keine Tankstelle finden konnten die Propan auffuellt, haben wir vor Ort eine Pauschale bezahlt. Diese war es uns wert! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Great experience, smooth check in and checkout, the RV left us needing nothing, everything useful was included. Only downside was the charges come across a bit as "nickel and dime" as there are additional charges for miles and generator use on top of actual rental cost and insurance.
We rented an Road Bear RV for 5 weeks and it was great. From pick up to delivery everybody was very nice and helpfull. The rv itself is very luxurious and easy to handle even for a beginner. There unfortunately wan issue with the fridge but all the staff was incredible helpful in resolving the issue. Would recommend to everyone.
