The rv was sadly a little bit worn down, our expectations were higher of Road Bear, but we had a wonderfull trip. The people of Road Bear San Leandro were very nice.

Everything went smoothly. The motorhome worked perfectly
Everything was ok, the RV was in excellent conditions and very comfortable. As a suggestion, it would be useful to have some guide with campground information. We know everything can be found online,, but at times there is no connection. The staff were very attentive and efficient, especially Victor who very patiently assisted us.
We had an amazing time in California and what an experience to explore it with an RV! It was really comfortable to travel and stay in the RV. The people at Road Bear were really friendly and told us everything about how to use it. It was a bit difficult to install the car seat but after that we were on our way. The RV was quite new so we had a vehicle with Apple Car Play to play music while driving. And there was even a dimmer for the lightning to make it more cozy. We had a wounderfull trip with our camper from Road Bear. Although we had a broken waterpump in the camper. After contact with Road Bear we could let it be fixed in a nearby city. We would recommend Road Bear. Good service in Las Vegas and San Francisco.
We had some quality issues with the the RV (cabinetry being insecure, poor security of crockery when driving, the security and safety of access doors), but all staff have been friemdly and helpful,
