susi and bunu were very polite and correct and helpful. Good to have a German-speaking asdistance/introduced in the beginning! The RV: we were lucky to decided for an young car, because even the RV had only run 17.000 mi lots of things were installed, e.g. shower cabin silicone edges, tap loosen, and , very important: the bed mattress In the back was not usable because it was a deep hollow and my backbone must have a visit at the orthopedics..After two days I changed into the Alcoven. susi did assist us very well and told us everything about the RV the manager did his best to shorten our waiting ,time, everybody was really kind and helpfull Rv was super super nice
