Great service and a new RV with few miles. Easy pick up and return. Road Bear would be preferred next time also.
We enjoyed the support of the friendly staff. The car was working well, no problems. The only issue was the Garmin navigation system, it took us twice to a wrong place. It's not the first time we use Roadbear and we will do it again.
Die Kontaktaufnahme über Ihre Hotline nachdem wir den Schlüssel abgebrochen haben gestaltete sich schwierig, sowohl Anrufe als auch Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Die Ausstattung im camper war in Ordnung, lediglich die Kontrollichter, welche den Stand der Tanks anzeigen, verunsicherten uns etwas, da diese nicht der Wahrheit entsprachen.Alles in allem war alles super und wir befallen uns bei Road bear.
We had a great time with the RV from Road Bear. Quick and good response when we were on the road and had some questions. The RV was perfect and the service very good. The next time we will sure again rent an RV from Road Bear
