Het was even geweldige vakantie. De camper was prachtig en alles werkte goed. Ik zou road bear aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Van was really comfortable. Everything ok. Called assistance number for some water dripping and they were very helpful. Check in process a bit stressful because our international card was not working for the deposit and one staff member was not so friendly. We were able to solve the issue fairly quickly by contacting a bank representative. Staff member that showed us the van during check in was great. Staff member during check out was also great. thanks for a fun trip!
The pick up and return of the RV went very smooth. At pickup we noticed that driver seat was not movable, immediately a new seat was placed. Road Bear San Leandro is a good office. Friendly staff. During trip we had issues with city water coupling. Service to solve was not good, extreme bad service at the Van Nuys office, not even want to talk to me or assist me. I was send to this office by helpdesk. But no mechanics present. Later that day I was send to other office in LA, they helped me good, but it did cost me one day ... read more
We are happy about our trip and our experience with Road Bear. Both pickup and drop off went smoothly with very friendly Road Bear agents. The RV was great. Cleaning had been made thoroughly prior to pickup. Everything worked well. Only the fridge should have a tighter and firmer lock for curves. We had a great time! Good job Road Bear!

We had a great pleasure during our trip with our rented rv from Road bear! Very friendly people during receiving and handing in the rv. The rv drove very well and was very clean inside. With the slide-out and the awning we had enough space to chill and relax. On the way we could use the friendly helpline for some small questions. Thanks for letting us have a nice holiday.
