Generally great, small issues with generator. Would have like more instructions or a manual.

The instruction at pickup was very good from the "German lady". The helpdesk employees we had to call a couple of times where very patient and helpful, especially Maro. We are not very pleased about the fact that we had a broken battery from the start. We had no hot water in the shower and no electricity/lights in the living part for a week. We had to buy a camping light. In our opinion that should have been checked beforehand. This issue was solved because we made a detour at Las Vegas where it was replaced. Unfortunately ... read more
