We had s great time
We had an amazing experience with Road Bear Las Vegas, starting with the complimentary shuttle pick up from our hotel. The pick up was on time in a clean shuttle with plenty of room. Our shuttle driver, Tamani, ended up being the same person that gave us our introduction/training on our RV, and she also checked us out at the end of our rental. Wir haben unser Wohnmobil in Las Vegas angemietet. Dort sind wir hervorragend betreut worden von Johannes, der uns sehr freundlich alles erklärt hat! Während der 4 wöchigen Rundreise gab es das eine oder andere Problem mit dem Wohnmobil, aber auch dabei wurde uns unterwegs geholfen. Die Rückgabe in Las Vegas wurde wieder von Johannes abgewickelt, alles ohne Problem, obwohl wir einen kleinen Unfallschaden hatten. We had a great time - 7 1/2 weeks - in the western states of the US and visited many national and stateparks. We started in Las Vegas. Heike from Roadbear explained all relevant details of the RV and did the necessary paperwork - very professional. She answered all questions and was very nice. The RV was almost perfect. No technical problems, big and we enjoyed the sound of the engine. Only the cooking and kitchen equipment was of poor quality. Today we returned the RV in Las Vegas.
