I went to RR this past Sunday and was blown away with their customer service. I'm training for the Broad St. run and was having issues with my knee. Low and behold I've been wearing the wrong shoes. RR was excellent in analyzing and finding my perfect shoe. I went for a run today and made it 3 miles in my new shoes without the knee pain of before. Highly recommend to anyone out there looking for new shoes.
Just left RR and I am so pleased with my time spent with the staff! Jamie was a total sweet heart and very educated about the inner workings of the foot! I really enjoyed talking with her and I learned so much. After I worked with Jamie, I was sent off to Pete who was also very friendly and answered all of my questions. He brought out all of the right shoes for my specific foot type. I can't thank you all enough for being so kind and knowledgable. I am so happy with my purchase! My feet thank you! :-) -Mo
