I’ve been a member to this store for over a year now. I can this morning in regards to my account and received a very rude and unprofessional response from the store employee. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
We just left this store after the employee who approached us and asked if she could help us and we told her we wanted to get my girlfriend’s son fitted for shoes for the first time. She looked at her watch disgustedly and said nope, we’re closing. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I get you’re closing but the attitude this person had was unnecessary and I’ll go to @runningcompany.

They have a great selection of running sneakers. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable. I would recommend buying the membership online and save yourself 20 bucks. I also don’t know about $80 insoles probably not the best idea.
Just had the worst experience trying to redeem a gift card that I won at a party hosted by echelon health and fitness I was initially very excited because I had never shopped here before and am always looking for nice new work out stuff. The gift card was for $50 and I found a nice pair of work out pants for $54 -so I went to the register thinking that I could apply the gift card and pay the rest in cash -nope! Very poor customer service sat and waited while no one even acknowledged I was there. Finally someone helped me and then walked away and never came back. When I was leaving they just watched without saying a word. Really needed sneakers but will have to go somewhere else.
