Don’t come here if you’re an older kid, poor selection of sizes , adult men’s size starts at 7.5 and they don’t have many styles in that size staff also not very enthusiastic and helpful
Very comprehensive store. Knowledgeable staff and a good selection. Price was a little high. I went there for specific shoes and they didn't carry them.
the experiences here are hit or miss. as in either the employees won't leave you alone about getting your gait filmed OR they assume that you are there buying shoes for someone else. when faced with the assumption that i was there to buy men's shoes (why would i need men's shoes?!) pretty much sealed the deal that it's time to cancel the underwhelming VIP membership and shop elsewhere.
I have gone multiple times because they have the most trail shoes in the area. Every time I go I request a trail shoe that I want to try. Once I went in and they brought out a road shoe because I guess they didn't think I was a trail runner. This time I asked for two trail shoes in 8.5: one a stability type shoe and one more roomy cushion shoe. I was brought out a neutral road shoe and a man's 8.5 that my foot was way too small for. Good store, good staff, great manager. Corporate policy on ordering shoes sucks and is not reliable. last year I had to wait 4 months to get Bondi 4s in wide, and this year, again I have been placed at the back of the line for Bondi 5s. I was told that website sales take precedence over store sales when ordering shoes not in stock Not feeling the VIP experience.
I have been jerked around by this company and they trying to jerk me around to get my refund and now give me my right refund back, now I have contacted the Better Business bureau and will do so on every RoadRunner Sports that is in business. Y'all don't have to jerk people around like that, what ever it takes I'm not satisfied until I get my full refund back. No matter how long it takes I just want to put this bad dream company behind me after y'all do something right!
