My husband has worn Brooks Beast shoes for over 20 years and has loved them!!! First as a runner, now as a walker. However, we are very disappointed with RoadrunnerSports as their customer service said we had to “eat” the cost of $150 shoes that had fallen apart after 45 days!! This company refused to do a refund/return on a 2020 model of Brooks Beast shoes only worn for a daily walk! First pair ever to have come apart!

Just got charged for a Reward upgrade that I didn't ask for nor did the sales clerk ask if I wanted it. My mistake was not checking the receipt before I left. Took care of it through the 800 number and cancelled membership all together.

I have been a customer for several years, everything was perfectly well, prices, delivery but the last two orders they send the wrong model, one of them was an older model of the tennis shoe that I bought. Had to leave the country for work, did not solved anything. This last one they sent the wrong color and they could not exchange it because they dis not had my size anymore! I ordered two pairs of shoes from Road Runner Sports. I returned them as my husband didn't care for the look of them. I just received a statement that showed they only credited me for one pair of shoes. When I called them to ask about this I was told that the one pair of shoes showed signs of wear, so they would only give me a store credit. This past year my family and I have been very loyal customers.... the staff have been so helpful and we have referred several people! However, we were there today and my family was asking about a Fitbit and Garmin wanting to compare and find out more about the products. One staff member in particular was of no help and very disrespectful . I got a pair of shoes at your store in Worthington. I started having issues with my left foot and leg soon after which I never did before. Just yesterday I realized you gave me shoes of different sizes. I could not believe myself. The left shoe is smaller and I am pretty sure that's what is giving me all these issues. I have been running for years and only now I am having these issues. As a vip member, I am very disappointed with your service and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone

Put name on list for ShoeDog. Waited 45 minutes and was never acknowledged. Staff addressed and took care of 2 walk ups before me so I walked out. Won't be back.
