Such great service. The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. You walk on a treadmill as the computer calculates every aspect of your feet and inserts are custom made! They were also friendly and fun and stayed 30 minutes past closing time to help us make our selection.
Excellent customer service and a great selection of shoes. I like that they assess the shape of your feet and your walking/running style. Andrew did a great job helping me find the perfect comfortable walking shoes. I’ll definitely be back!

I just bought 2 pair of running shoes and had insoles made as well!! Alina was my sales person and she was amazing!! I will be back!!
I had to exchange a pair of shoes that were killing my arches. Kyle was fantastic! After asking a lot of questions about the pain & what type of exercise I was doing, he picked out a lot of possibilities for me to try on that felt so much better. I recently stopped into Road Runner Sports looking for new shoes to wear to my boot camp classes, and was really glad to actually see a selection of cross-trainers in the store. Even though Zane was busy with a family, he was able to bring out a half dozen pairs for me to try on, and kept checking back with me every few minutes. He recommended a pair of insoles that are custom-fit and molded right to your foot in the store. Recently I’ve been working on my running times but was getting discouraged because of shin splints. Turns out I have really high arches and was running in a “neutral” shoe. Two weeks of wearing the insoles and no more shin splints 🙌🏼 The staff at Roadrunner did an amazing job of explaining what makes my foot different and exactly what I need to be looking for in a shoe. This is an amazing place for running or everyday shoes. They truly take time to find a good fit and can make custom insoles that support your feet. Hands down great for the whole family. Staff will hunt to find a good fit and meets your needs.
The people in RoadRunner are great. They assist you in finding the right shoe for your foot and then they will help you try them on until you find the right fit as well.The sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a great store overall.
