This is a traditional full-service shoe store, the type that I remember from my childhood that has all but disappeared. Highly knowledgeable staff can individualize customer service with their unique technology that's able to map your footprint and video-record your running and walking gait. With that information, shoes that are the best fit for your feet can be recommended. I appreciated being fit for *my* feet and gait. I’ve never had this level of detail before. literally walked out with new shoes on my feet. It’s hard for me to find shoes that fit and fit well. This was a great experience with great customer service.

After dealing with foot pain, and anticipating an up coming trip that will involve lots of walking, I went to Road Runner Sports for a shoe fitting. They pinpointed my problem and I was able to try on shoes that would work for me. I left the store with a pair of Brooks and finally discovered I could walk without pain. Mark helped me and was very thorough in getting the right fit for me. I learned things about my feet that I didn't know before. I am still figuring out if the shoe I purchased is the right one for me, however, having a 90 day guarantee makes me feel comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely be going back for additional purchases!
