Still charging credit card $39.99 monthly membership and no one contacts me back. Very overpriced store and pushy salespeople. Same shoes can be purchased elsewhere for less.

bought a pair of $150 shoes from this location. went outside, tripped and fell and the upper was completely destroyed. one more fall and the shoes won't be usable. contacted customer service. told me I could return for a refund if I couldn't wait for my exchange. couldn't make it to roadrunner for another pair by my race and was told since I didn't buy my replacements through them they wouldn't honor a refund. then backpedaled completely saying since I didn't buy their VIP membership that they wouldn't take back used sho... read more

Shopping here is worse than shopping at a cheap jewelry store in a mall. As soon as you walk in the door, the sales staff will try to "get you fitted" for shoes. No matter what you tell them (you already know your size, you know which shoe you want, you just want to browse, you don't want to buy their over-priced insoles, etc) and how polite you are about it, they will act as if you didn't say anything and become very offended. I will never go back and advise you to stay away!!
