It took 50 minutes to process a refund. Ridiculous Lots of excuses. Unacceptable.

They did not offer to help me when I was trying to exchange shoes. Then a clerk yelled at me for touching a display shoe. How am I supposed to shop without seeing the sole of a running shoe? The customer service was non existent! I have been paying extra to be in their VIP club for years! No more!😡

I'm posting about this problem on all the company's website because all they want to do is jerk people around and I'm not the one to be done wrong by any company because without ur customers you guys wouldn't have as much locations as y'all do now, I have contacted the Better Business bureau and will get a complaint form sent out to everyone one of RoadRunner sports until I'm satisfied that's bad you have to go through this much just to get satisfied.
