When it to buy a pair of New Balance Fresh 980's and found out this store does not carry anything but D widths. So if I want 2E or 4E ,I have to order online without the option of trying on the shoes. And this is coming from a company that stresses come in for the perfect fix and has more equipment than NASA.
Service in-store has gotten progressively worse. Thankfully the corporate office always steps in and makes things right.
