Should've listened to the other reviews saying to not live here unless it was a last option. This whole place is a shitty joke. 12 month lease later and I've dealt with a crack abuser who we had to get the cops involved with to even get her CONSIDERED for eviction, and a lazy roommate who left the stove on over night and refused to help clean around the apartment. ROAM's zero tolerance for violence policy is a joke. A roommate destroyed my property and assaulted me and another roommate. ROAM barley did anything about the situation. I'm removing my full story as I don't want to to be accused of defamation by a giant company. But I'm not removing my rating as I have the right to rate the place I moved out of. Let's just say there is very poor communication from the management on issues with tenants.

BEWARE!!! Told my son there was an available room. He paid the application fee, was sent the lease on 5/30/2021, returned it 6/1/2021 (Memorial Day was 5/31/201), and was then told the room was given away weeks ago. Now he has no where to live and must wait for his refund. Why would they take his money and personal information if there was no room? Now they have his money, and he has no where to live.

This place is a shit show. The management/ office seems nice at first, but is extremely disrespectful. They degrade residents, and act as if we aren't capable of understanding there "policies". Which there policies are apparently not set in stone? They say you can only have a 12 month lease. One of my roommates has a 10 month. When it comes to paying rent.. for some reason every single time I pay it's a different amount every time. A maintenance man entered my apartment without 24 hours notice and came into my bathroom while I was in the shower. He apparently knocked but I am hard of hearing. Nothing was done about this. I do not feel safe in my own home. I'm no longer living there, I'm merely paying rent until my lease is up.
Very unprofessional establishment. You can't get a manager to talk to. "Pet Friendly"means pets get preference over lease paying people. Ridiculous! Very disappointed anot impressed with the staff. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Since this review was posted the company has made suitable accommodations. The management has been professional and understanding with sincere care of the situation. This place is advertised as a high-end, amenity filled student living community. That couldn't be further from the truth. At first glance the apartments may appear nice, but look a little closer and you will notice that these were built cheaply and were rushed.
