Our first visit was Friday 3/8/2019 and my 8yr old miniature Schnauzer received a clean bill of health and a $231.45 bill which we gladly paid in full for services rendered. We dropped Dutchess off the very next Friday 3/15/2019 for her first grooming experience with RAH at 8am and was told they would call when she was ready. We had to call at 4pm and was told that they were just finishing up. When we picked Dutchess up she had one eye closed. The doctor flushed and stained her eye and sent us home with a steroid. Don't take your pets there and leave them!!! I picked my dog up after 5 days of boarding and a grooming session to find that she had an open wound on her nose. I addressed the issue with the Office Administrator and she tried to say my dog injured herself by sticking her nose under the kennel but the kennel techs said she does not do that when boarded besides the fact that she has been boarded at other facilities and has never been injured. All about the money. Not interested in the animal at all. My dog Max who has diabetes and has been going to them was recently released because we did not want to get the shots through them. Mind you the shots were 300+ dollars and I just don’t have the finances for that on top of the insulin’s shots. So they decided to stop seeing him because of this. Very disappointing and irritating.
Terrible service, zero compassion for customers. Sent me home with a piece of paper saying my dog needed surgery, but no one would speak to me or answer questions. This after I’d been taking my pets there for 10 years. Huge change in service, they are now only about taking your $$$.... but don’t have the decency to talk to you or answer any questions. Not only overpriced but will perform procedures before receiving consent. May be the closest vet to my house but I will never go back.
If you do not leave a 5 star review this establishment removes it and reports you to facebook for leaving a false review. They refused to see a dog who had eaten chocolate because they closed in an hour. Two reviews were left stating as much. They took the bad reviews down and reported them as false even though they were absolutely true. This shows an genuine lack of trustworthiness on their part. If I could give you no stars, I would. You straight up refused to see my pet because, and I quote, "We only have one doctor and he is already seeing patients and we close at 6pm", it was 5pm. Apparently it doesn't matter if it's an emergency, you just refuse to see a pet if it's close to closing time. Why do you call yourself an animal hospital, when you refuse to see patients? You try to act as if you are so caring towards people's pets with facebook posts and email blasts, but clearly that's only if it's within your busine... read more
