They are the best! The front desk staff, the technicians and Dr. Shepherd are all so caring and good at what they do. We drive all the way from Plano, Texas to get the best care available.
I've been using RAH for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly, helpful and well educated. They have always shown great love and respect with our dogs and us. Its worth the drive to Roanoke knowing I can trust them with our four legged family members.

RAH is a wonderful group of people. From the front desk, techs, vets, everyone there...all have been wonderful to us and our fur babies. They have made time to see our 15 yo hound every time an issue has come up with her. They have called to check up on her. Dr Shepherd, Dr Covington and Dr Noell have all made time for our old gal, on days when they didn't have any to spare. We went to this vet for the first time this past Saturday with our new puppy. Everyone was so friendly and the vet we saw was fantastic.
