I appreciate the quick response to questions & working to meet all needs that were set for the reference of the home.
Rob's team took great care of me. Special thanks to Cindy, she was pleasant, helpful and I enjoyed working with her. My only complaint would be that I spoke to so many people, I wasn't quite sure who to talk to about what. Other than that, the team was quick to respond and processed everything smoothly. Everything was completed quickly and very efficiently. Rob was communicative throughout the entire process.

If I were able to have some advise or help at closing. I lost 700 dollars for credit at closing because I was rushed through signing at closing and asked the lady at title security if I could call my realtor and lender to get it fixed. She had me sign as I was on the phone witch I did not feel I was comfortable doing. I could not answer questions or ask them. My loan officer was awesome Rita Kaiser. The people recommended by VIP fell short on being respectful and understanding.
Rob was great! Everything he said he would do he did. We absolutely recommend VIP mortgage and Rob to everyone
