Good: The loan rate primarily offered turned out to be the best rate Rob was clear about everything that was needed Everything was prompt and focused on me as the client Rob sat through and explained to me answers to my questions at a moments notice Bad: I had requested to extend the closing date and I did not really receive a clear yes or no on whether that was possible. The date could not be moved due to the seller, but clearer communication would have been appreciated there Too many emails

Robyn was always available to answer any questions we had concerning the completion of the process of purchasing our new home. Documents were sent and in proper time frames & confirmation of receipt of documents was communicated immediately.
