As busy as ReFinance is right now, any questions I had were answered almost immediately or in the same day. The big banks and especially Lending Tree were SO inflated with their fee’s. Mr Purvis and his staff always kept me informed of how things were progressing with my loan and what needed to be signed so that everything was handled in a timely manner. His office assistant Deb was always so gracious to help me receiving copies of documents. All were just the friendliest and most helpful people

Rob and his entire team were present with me through the whole process. They answered all my questions and concerns no matter how many times I asked them. Being a veteran it was good to know Rob was experienced with the VA loan process and he and his team took great pride in servicing the loan for me. All in all Rob had already earned my business from a previous encounter but this experience solidified why I would work with VIP in the future.
Rob was very responsive and often available to answer questions and guide me along the process. Greatly appreciate his availability and level of communication.
