If I were able to have some advise or help at closing. I lost 700 dollars for credit at closing because I was rushed through signing at closing and asked the lady at title security if I could call my realtor and lender to get it fixed. She had me sign as I was on the phone witch I did not feel I was comfortable doing. I could not answer questions or ask them. My loan officer was awesome Rita Kaiser. The people recommended by VIP fell short on being respectful and understanding.
