I have worked with Rob since our first mortgage 6 years ago. He also helped with a refinance 5 years ago and now this refinance. What I like is that he continues to communicate with me via texts or emails. Is aware and takes note of what I am interested in. There was a hiccup regarding one small issue at the close but he took care if it immediately and we were able to finish the closing. I am up front and honest with Rob and I like that he is the same with me. I value this relationship.
