I didn’t like how I was never told it was time for us to get homeowners insurance. The day I was told we needed it I got it and then I was later told that we should have gotten it sooner so they were frustrated that they were “waiting on us” which is silly since we were never told to get it. We are first time homebuyers and had no clue how and when to do things.
