The documents requested were repetitive and intrusive. I don't understand why a bank statement for the entire month is needed if you're trying to verify the earnest money was paid; then another request for a months worth of my savings was requested to verify it was transferred from my savings to my checkings account. I was also made to verify money I was transferring to a joint account I share with my husband for groceries because it's not showing on my credit report. Request all documentation prior to the last week beincompetence. We received more than 5 emails, each time requesting more documentation. Also make sure the attorneys office has all the paperwork prior to us showing up for closing. We went from a 10am appt to a 3pm appt and the money will still not wired to the attorney. We left the office with no keys to our home or our check. My real estate is there right now, the next day. It is 9:30am and she is still waiting for our check and keys. Total incompetance.
