John Olson was rude, asking questions why i had "so many different names", and as co signers he was very rude. This was our daughter's first home she bought and was in tears every single day. Your demeanor was not supportive just aggressive. Many times Bonnie was ready to stop the process solely because he was not nice or easy to deal with.
