I had the pleasure of working with Rob Sanchez with my 1st home purchase. He went above and beyond to help me qualify for my loan. He was always prompt in answering my question/concerns. Explained and made it easy to understand the process. Was very professional and prompt whenever I texted him with a question. I would and have recommended him to other people.

Rob was very informative about the whole process He let us know how everything was going and made it very easy for us to sign on line for all of the paperwork. He and his team worked very hard & got the paper work done very fast. He did a path way to purchase for us and we are so happy with his work. Thank you so much Rob & all your Team members!

I had a substantial equity loan against my property which I wanted to lock in at low rate for a set number of years. I spent 3plus months frustratingly working with an organization by phone, email and fax machines, (never able to see someone in person) and had given up, when my financial advisor recommended that I talk to Rob Sanchez. Rob and his staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a true joy to work with! He matched an offer we had received from our large impersonal bank and I could tell he would work hard to make things happen in a timely manner - and they did!! I couldn't improve on the experience in any way!!

Rob went above and beyond to get us the help so we could get this place. In our lives we had some troubles like a lot of folks, and Rob worked very hard and got us a loan. We are both a little old to be trying to get ready to move and it would have been a terrible hard ship. Rob with all of his help probably saved a great burden on us and probably saved our health. We will be more than helpful in letting everyone to know all about Rob Sanchez if the time comes and they need help with a mortgage.

Rob and the staff at VIP mortgage worked hard to find the best type of loan for us and to lock in the best interest rate possible. They stayed on top of things to get the signing done as soon as possible so we would not be homeless between the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. I would highly recommend Rob and VIP mortgage to anyone.

After dealing with many shady people in the market these days it was fresh to finally have somebody who takes you in to a process like a big brother and makes sure you feel safe about the whole process.
