I had the pleasure of working with Rob through the whole process of buying our new house. He is very professional but also comes around as a friend. He gave me confidence since the first time I talked to him. He answered all my questions and made himself available to answer any concerns I had.

I was supposed to have some credit established but when it came to buy a home the credit had gone dormant due to inactivity. I worked with several other bigger banks to try to get alternative credit loans before Rob was recommended to me. Rob didn't give up as quick as the other lenders and he found a way to get my credit active again within a months time frame. After the credit was reported to the bureau we were able to close in 21 days on our home. We couldn't have done it without his guidance and expertise.
Rob walked me through the whole process. He was there when I had additional questions regarding paperwork and procedures. There are a few setbacks (none his fault) and he was able to explain why and help me get through them. Him and his staff truly worked very hard. Best experience ever!
Rob is a rare breed, in that he has integrity! He kept to all his promises even if it meant having to bite the bullet a little. We were impressed with the communication and the fact that he was reachable at nearly all hours of the day. (Still need to test the 3 am theory)
