Rob in particular, and his entire team were very efficient and timely in working through our entire purchase process. Rob is extremely focused on customer service and ensuring nothing less than total customer satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable of the industry. He looked at several options for us and offered suggestions on how to easily and quickly get our loan approved and processed. Rob was the model of customer service

Today we wrapped up our final loan signatures. I can't think of any way that the loan process could have gone better. Not only was Rob very professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very candid and provided some valuable insights into his business that many other lenders may have kept private. By the end of the process, I felt not like just another customer, but a good friend.

I was supposed to have some credit established but when it came to buy a home the credit had gone dormant due to inactivity. I worked with several other bigger banks to try to get alternative credit loans before Rob was recommended to me. Rob didn't give up as quick as the other lenders and he found a way to get my credit active again within a months time frame. After the credit was reported to the bureau we were able to close in 21 days on our home. We couldn't have done it without his guidance and expertise.

Rob walked me through the whole process. He was there when I had additional questions regarding paperwork and procedures. There are a few setbacks (none his fault) and he was able to explain why and help me get through them. Him and his staff truly worked very hard. Best experience ever!

Rob is a rare breed, in that he has integrity! He kept to all his promises even if it meant having to bite the bullet a little. We were impressed with the communication and the fact that he was reachable at nearly all hours of the day. (Still need to test the 3 am theory)
