The Guaranteed Rate team went above and beyond for us at closing. They were great to work with and made most of the process really seamless. The one piece of constructive feedback that I would give is to ensure that the borrower understands that they need to provide as up-to-date financials as possible before closing. For example, we were clear to close a few months before our closing date. It would have been very helpful to have a reminder to provide updated financials in a conversation with a team member.
