We are first time home buyers and any time new material was requested or papers were requested to be signed we were not walked though what we were signing or why documents were being requested. Many documents were requested at the close of business so we were not able to contact anyone with the questions we were having. We both have full time jobs and can not just step away from work to ask questions.

More communication. Keeping me updated on things throughout the process. Things I'm sure many others ask questions about should be added to your training on what to update future customers on. Communication. Communication. Maybe have a talk with future customers on what they seek from you early in the process so you don't find out how terrible it was until after. Communication would be good to have if that wasn't mentioned.
