Great service, fast and friendly
Was told by my lender I would be able to make bi-monthly payments. Upon reading Closing documents that was not the case. This is the second time this has happened. I asked loan agent both times. 1st time he said that the lender should allow bi monthly payments but wasn't available. So the next home I bought I verified with him to make sure I am allowed to make bi-monthly payments to be applied to the loan at time of payment. They would not accept bi-monthly payments they would hold onto the funds and pay once complete paymen... read more
