Robert was great! He helped us get the best rate at the right time. He was in contact throughout the whole process and made everything as easy as possible. There was never any confusion or waiting for answers to questions we had. He was one call away and it felt like a friend helping out rather than some big firm you could never get ahold of or the same agent every time. Overall, Robert was able to explain me the fees and other elements which were a little off between the original loan estimate and the closing. For the most part he was responsive excepting a few cases. I would definitely recommend him provided he improves on his communication when customer has any questions. Any delay should be avoided as much as possible.
