Other than the title co. issue with paying 2019 taxes before hand Or would have to pay them 1.5% them tax amount in advance..(logically understandable, but frustrating) and the loss of skipping August's payment...everything was seamless...not a reflection on Robert..he was the most down to earth, straight forward, non-pushy mortgage broker I've ever met. Refreshing.
