Dr Null is a very caring and professional doctor. He explains everything and wants the patient to be completely satisfied.
Dr. Null is amazing and all the staff are wonderful, caring and kind. From the Ladies at the front desk, to Kylie that completes tests to get me ready for Dr. Null each receive kudos from me. The checkout Ladies on the first floor, Scheryl and Tina are very kind, assist me, answer all my questions and get me checked out in no time. Thank you Dr. Null and all the Staff I have encountered in my visits, for the kindness and expertise in your care of me and my eyes.
Dr Null does Very Well explaining what is going on and what he is going to do! Very Kind & Personable! I feel very comfortable with any tests he does. Plus, he explains each, thoroughly.
He diagnosed the need for the surgery. Explained it in detail. Scheduled it. The day of surgery he explained what was going to be done in detail. Answered my questions. Explained what he was doing during the surgery and what I would need to do post surgery. In the follow up appointment he examined me and said everything looked great and successful. My visit was exceptional from signing in, then Ms. Fawn asking questions to Dr. Null taking an interest of the welfare of my eyes. I’ve always felt comfortable knowing that I’ll be given the best care. Everyone there are professionals at what they do and really do care about their patients.
