There was a lot of communication and updates. The process is a frustrating and stressful one, but Robert and his team, Jayne, kept the ball rolling. We hit a small snag just before closing but he got on it and got things resolved for me so that I could get the closing done within a few hours of the original closing time.

Robert went above and beyond and made many suggestions that would be beneficial to us. He was always a phone call away if we had any questions. He’s the better part of KB and truly an asset to your company. Stephen the underwriter was also pleasant and kind. He made us feel appreciated as clients.
