Process started slow on the builder side but I had a great relationship with Robert. He was professional and responsive. A true rockstar!

There was a lot of communication and updates. The process is a frustrating and stressful one, but Robert and his team, Jayne, kept the ball rolling. We hit a small snag just before closing but he got on it and got things resolved for me so that I could get the closing done within a few hours of the original closing time.
