Robert was great with answering all of our questions and walking us through the process. We also want to say that Marcus Moore was excellent! Marcus was extremely patient with us regarding the collection of many documents. He was very knowledgeable on the whole process and also walked us through each step. Marcus was always pleasant. I would recommend them to my friends

Your requirements are way to onerous. I’ve closed at on at least 10 home sales and the amount of information you wanted, even though it was obvious that we had the money to qualified, was a real pain in the ass. Your people were very good, however we would have gone somewhere else had it not been for the incentives that we were given During the sale process.
