Your requirements are way to onerous. I’ve closed at on at least 10 home sales and the amount of information you wanted, even though it was obvious that we had the money to qualified, was a real pain in the ass. Your people were very good, however we would have gone somewhere else had it not been for the incentives that we were given During the sale process.
Robert was easy to reach and kept us informed. When an issue arose he worked hard to resolve it. We were very pleased with the outcome .
