Very easy process with everything being done one step at a time. They organized everything for us and even found us more affordable insurance along the way.
The first time we used VanDyk Mortgage I was very skeptical because their reviews seemed over-the-top too good to be true. After our first mortgage with them it was easy to understand why the reviews were so high and it was a no-brainer for us to use them again for our second property.
Robert guided through the entire process start to finish. Robert answered every question and was able to keep me level-headed through the process. Purchasing a home was a major decision for me as I haven’t been a homeowner in 16 years. Thanks to Robert, Kelly, and VanDyk, I am a homeowner once again!

Robert and his team did an excellent job. Communication was great and if I had a question they were quick to respond. I appreciated their effort from start to finish.
I had a good experience. Would’ve liked them to be more specific on paperwork and honestly not being looked at as if I couldn’t pay for the house. The underwriter was a little demanding on needing my whole personal financial status and what I did with my money instead of trusting their clients. Other than that the experience was good
Robert took charge and handled the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He was very clear and timely with communication and expectations. Very easy to work with and never had to follow up. 10/10 will recommend and use Robert again.
