Amanda was a very helpful and honest. Her response whether by phone email or text was always quick. I knew almost nothing about selling a house but Amanda built my confidence both in myself and her. I would highly recommend Amanda whether to sell or buy a property. Her skills are excellent and she will get the job completed with very little issues. We went under contract on a house in Phoenixville without having put our feet inside of it from 2000 miles away and without having met our realtor face to face. We bought our home from Michelle Davis. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was very cognizant of our needs. We needed a realtor who could help us buy a home in Philadelphia while we were still living in Texas.
