We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor as first time buyers. From the very beginning Erin proved to be extremely responsible and incredibly knowledgeable. We were able to trust her input and in the end we found the perfect home! She is always around to answer your questions and proved to be so valuable in the negotiations. You are lucky if you find Geiger as your agent! He is not only highly knowledgable with the industry, he is very professional and attentive towards his clients. Geiger listened to what we were looking for and would give us great feedback on certain properties and the areas they were in. Erin is an absolute delight to work with. The two things that stood about Erin are: (i) unlike many other realtors, she does not put pressure on the client. She put as at ease and even in a competitive market, would never pressure us to bid beyond our comfort level. (ii) Once we converged on the house, she was really great in the negotiations. Michelle Davis is beyond amazing! If you want an honest, caring, incredible negotiator Michelle is who you should choose. Not only did she take the time to understand the wants and needs of our family, but she went above and beyond. Morgan helped us all the way with buying a townhouse. He moved with laser speed in a difficult market, all the time focusing on our needs and wishes. He was always available and helpful with friendly advice and counsel and had our back when negotiating with sellers and contractors. In general he made the the whole home buying process fun and easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone !

Absolute class act from top to bottom. He was able to find us multiple locations to look at and apply for in an extremely competitive market. Without him we wouldn’t have found our current apartment. He always had our back, and went to bat for us time and time again when negotiating with landlords and property management about small issues to major ones. I can not recommended Morgan enough.

Geiger guided us through the purchase of our first home (in the midst of a crazy market in spring of 2021). I can honestly say we wouldn't have purchased a home without him. He has incredible knowledge of the market, took the time to get to know the wants and needs of our family, and negotiated a great deal for us.
