I found Geiger through chance on Google and I'm glad I did. This was my first time buying a home, and he helped guide me through the whole process. He was always available when I needed him or if I had any questions. He helped advise me on what I should offer on a home and was honest if it seemed like the sellers were asking for too much money. We are difficult buyers to please, but Anne remained steadfastly supportive, patient, and pleasantly willing to show us home after home. Geiger was very patient with us as we spent two years hunting for the perfect home. As first time home buyers, Geiger really guided us through the process from what to look for in the condition of a house to what to offer and how to handle the negotiation process. He was always available and helped us to be the first ones to see several desirable homes. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Geiger.
