We were looking to move from our home into a fine old historic home. Robin patiently kept us aware of options as they became available and after a search of several years presented us with exactly the house we wanted very early in the listing process. After we reached an agreement to purchase the new home Robin marketed and sold our house in a week for the value we expected.
