We met Geiger at the start of our search for a new home when we went to an open house. From the very beginning Geiger was helpful but not pushy. He never seemed impatient or annoyed when we wanted to see more houses or to see a particular house for the 4th time. Geiger was very responsive if we sent an email we would generally receive a response within an hour or two.
