The staff is very attentive and caring. My brother lives there and even though he misses his independence, he enjoys his experience at Robin Way. Special mention to director [name removed] and Nurse [name removed] for all their help.
My mother has been living at Robin Way for about 8 months. So far it has been a good experience for her. The staff is friendly and caring. The rooms have everything to live very comfortably. Although my mom doesn’t care for the cuisine, anything I’ve eaten there has been good. Not excellent, but not bad either. She enjoys exercising every morning with the other residents, social events, and going out to lunch. I like that we feel comfortable and welcome every time we are there! [name removed] made us feel right at home from day one!
February of 2022, my husband and I had an opportunity to go to Phoenix for 6 weeks. I needed respite care for my mother. Robin Way is only few facilities that offer this. Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt completely at ease having Mom there while we were gone. My mother did need more help so we decided to keep her there till the end of summer. Robin Way was our dad's home for about year & mom's home for 6 years. The staff are professional, caring & kind. Our family was always informed about their health, activities, & outings. Our parents are gone now & our family still goes once a month of BINGO. THEY'RE GREAT.
When looking for an assisted living facility for my sister, we toured several places that were not as impressive as Robin Way. The staff member were very helpful and friendly. Since she has been a resident at Robin Way, my sister has thanked me many times for choosing this facility for her. She is especially grateful to the kitchen staff for taking care of her food allergies.
We have been very impressed and pleased with this community from the beginning of our tour. Based on the feedback we get from our loved one she is really happy there and happy with the meals and dining. She even has a group of ladies she likes to sit and eat with. There are some things she is not able to eat and they do a great job knowing her needs, wants and watching out for things she cant have. The staff and how friendly they have been to our family really stood out to us. The apartments at Robin Way are very nice and spacious.
The staff was extremely helpful, and when we had our visits we saw some of the activities going on and met some of the residents.
