We toured a number of other facilities before moving my sister into Robin Way. It was far better than any of the other places we saw. She is much happier here than she had been in the past. The staff is very friendly and caring. They know all of their clients personally, and know their individual stories and histories. I would not hesitate to recommend Robin Way to anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility.

I chose Robin Way because it is a smaller facility, not too many residents and it is a very homey atmosphere. The studio apartment is not very big but they do also have 1 bedrooms available. For the meals, we always have a choice of what we would like. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them.

The community is very accomodating. They allow pets, and my dad loves it here. There are tons of activities available for the residents. I would highly recommend Robin Way.

The reason we chose Robin Way was because it was our understanding that she could stay there once her money ran out, and no matter her health condition. She started to fall more frequent and just after a year of being there they didn't want her to stay because they didn't want to take that falling risk. We know it was a good place, but we were just disappointed about her not being able to be there because of her falling. Robin Way is a non profit community, and it is a smaller place. Everyone there has there own apartment and it is just a lovely place. The food was better than average, and we would recommend this community to others.

The staff cares. They are good at communicating with me about my mom's needs. They are in tune with the residents. The room sizes are pretty standard. The food is okay. They have a path around the building and limited outdoor space.

I wanted to take my mother from here but she refused to move. Five directors in five years. Big turnover in staff. Food was good. Bus didnt work for a long time so no outings and there were long periods where there was no housekeeping. A one bedroom apt was about 300 sq ft and so much room was not useable because there is full size kitchen with cabinets/stove/frig. I never found it to be a happy place.....decor very dated. All of the staff who work there enjoy their jobs and are committed to engaging with residents. We found this amazing. The facility is older but is being updated and every nook and cranny was spotless. There are no negatives we can give. Our loved one unfortunately passed away before he became a resident and could enjoy the care and senior life there. We had gone thru the entire pre entry process and moved furniture in. Throughout this process everyone was engaging us and being most helpful

[Name removed] introduced us to [name removed]... one of the residents here who is also legally blind. The studio room is more spacious than [name removed] would most likely put to use and we would like to arrange for [name removed] to provide a bed/nightstand or maybe a small visitor sofa to minimize the amount if furniture we would need to move there (she has a recliner up north she likes - but not much more, other than a swiveling shower chair) We plan to take [name removed] here as soon as her husband is buried for an as... read more
