The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The hygienist made me feel very comfortable. She explained each step of the process.
Dr. Hackley and her staff are the epitome of professional. They took care of my fillings expeditiously, and I was very comfortable the whole time knowing I was in great hands.

Dr. Hackley is a highly skilled dentist w/ a multi-faceted practice. Personally, she is very kind & has a great sense of humor. Her office staff, both clinical and administrative, is among the very best--well-trained, helpful, friendly, & caring of Dr. Hackley's patients. Duane and Rhonda are particularly wonderful, & all are top notch. It's just a really warm, reassuring atmosphere, & Dr. Hackley provides outstanding dental care & follow-up..

The only way I think you could improve your service would be to make it free - ortherwise - impossible.
When I first entered the office I was very impressed, I was well greeted and within 15 minutes was consulting with Dr. Hackley. Overall Dr. Hackley is the best Dentist ever and would recommend her over and over again.
