After a very bad experience with another dental office several years ago, I am much more at ease when I need to visit Dr. Hackley's office. The staff is very much aware of my personal needs and still they are always very pleasant and seem to care very much about you. I am very impressed with the fact that within approximately 24 hours of an office visit where work was done on you, you will receive a plesant courtesy call from the office to make sure you are doing okay. A very nice, friendly, efficient dental office. I've been a patient of Dr. Hackley's since the beginning and recommend to many looking for a dentist.
I am extrememly impatient and anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist, so it was nice not to have to wait. I appreciate it when busineses are sensitive to the importance of my time.
Dr. Hackley is a very personalble and compitent Health Care professional. Her assistant Helen made me feel at home (kind-of) while cleaning my teeth. Keep up this type of service and you just might have more customer's than you can accomodate.
I find the dentist to be very nice. They give a clear breakdown of all charges and whats covered and not covered with insurance. Very easy to make an appointment and very flexible with their hours of opperation.
In comparison to other dental practices I would say Dr.Hackley's office is outstanding: they greet you in a prompt and friendly manner,waiting time is reasonable, treatment (cleaning) is professional. They really meet your needs!
Dr. Hackley and her team always provide great service. I actually look forward to my dental visits.
