We have moved quite a bit over the last 10 years and used Rochelle for two of our purchases. There is no comparison in terms of client service, available products, being able to work through unique situations and delivering on what she promises. Too many times I have been promised by loan officers a certain rate, close time frame or other aspects of the the loan structure, only to learn at closing that what I was told was not accurate or no longer an option. My husband and I can't say enough great things about Rochelle. Rochelle took the time to walk us through what the home buying process would look like prior to us making our offer on our <now> home. Once we made an offer, Rochelle worked to get us the best rate and was transparent throughout the whole process. Rochelle helped me purchase a 4 flat, once it was fixed up we did the refinancing together. The refinance process was made very easy with her help. The acquisition and refinance were seamless. We were able to discuss potential values for the refi and made sure it made sense to do. In the end the appraised value came in even higher than I expected! Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend!
