After a year and a half of trying to get our home refinanced from FHA to Conventional with no success with another lending company; we decided to give Guaranteed Rate a try. Found Rochelle via Zillow reviews and gave her a call. She responded very quickly, I got her all the details and she was able to close out our loan in three weeks! Very easy to sign all docs via docusign. A+ service and experience.

Rochelle is at excellent at what she does. She works hard to help you get approved for a loan. She is also quick at what she does no need to wait a long time for the process once you send her something she gets to it right away. I would recommend her to anyone that is purchasing a home for the first time.

If I was to everything in simple words. I'd say Rochelle can make the impossible happen. I never thought I'd ever be owning a home anytime soon especially with the credit issues that I have been facing. Rochelle was wonderful. Myself and my wife purchased a beautiful home, and Rochelle couldn't have been easier to work with. I had all my documents ready and the process was extremely smooth (I guess people are not always that lucky) I still had a ton of questions. Rochelle would always get back to me within a few hours.
