I will never visit this store again!! Nissan has the worst return policy. After spending hundreds of dollars for parts and service at this store the parts department ordered the wrong accessory for my frontier I trusted that those guys ordered the right accessory since they are the experts. I went ahead trying to install the accessory and threw away the original box, just an ordinary cardboard box with a Nissan sticker nothing special, after realizing that I was given the wrong accessory I attempted to return it. They fixed the problem (replaced Oxygen Censor), but it took 6 hours. Do yourself a favor if you are bringing your car here for service and have somebody follow you and just leave it there and they can call you when it's ready. To be fair, they did drive us home after 2 1/2 hours, which I requested when it seemed clear we would be there for hours more. They had to get the part from another dealer. The problem with rockaway nissan is the fiancing. Which I did not really need. High interst rate and Fees. Could have purchased car outright. Will not recommend.
NOT EVEN WORTHY OF ONE STAR Leased a vehicle with this dealership March 4, salesman Carl was VERY rude to both me and my mom who accompanied me. He showed me a car (in the dark around 9 pm after being here since about 5) . When I came in specifically said I needed a car with LED lights and adjustable mirrors that can turn in as I park on the street during the day at work.
